Better Men Better World is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. The corporation supports and promotes personal and professional development among members of Tau Kappa Epsilon at Florida International University and the broader community through mentorship programs, educational workshops, and community service initiatives.

Governance
A working board.
The foundation is directed by a volunteer board. Under the bylaws, every director is an alumnus or honorary member of Tau Kappa Epsilon.

What we do
Scholarships first. Mentorship as it earns the right.
The foundation’s work begins with scholarship support, because that is what it can deliver responsibly today. Mentorship is part of the charter and part of the ambition, but details will be published only once mentor roles, screening, participant consent, privacy safeguards, and operating capacity are in place—not before.
