Scholarship information

The current site is a program and application preview. It does not accept submissions until BMBW confirms the next cycle's dates, award details, scholarship procedures, and privacy safeguards.

The current application page controls the published eligibility rules, award details, application window, and required materials for a given scholarship cycle. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award. BMBW may verify eligibility, request clarification, and make award decisions through its designated scholarship reviewers.

This scholarship is limited to incoming FIU freshmen. A selection is conditional until BMBW verifies that the recipient is enrolled in at least 9 FIU credit hours after the applicable add/drop period. A recipient who cannot verify the published requirements will not receive an award.

When applications open, applicants must meet the final published FIU, class-standing, academic, and application requirements. Eligibility and selection will not be conditioned on TKE membership, fraternity affiliation, rush participation, attendance at recruitment events, interest in joining, or a decision to join any fraternity.

Your application

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for submitting only material you have the right to share. Before providing a reference's contact information, you must have permission to share it and to authorize BMBW to contact that person about your application. Material misstatements may result in disqualification.

BMBW may request a transcript or FIU enrollment verification to confirm eligibility or application information. Do not email or upload an academic record unless BMBW requests it and provides secure submission instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use application information for an unlawful purpose.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle application information. Hosting, communications, donation processing, or other site functions may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. BMBW does not control third-party services.

Site content

Unless otherwise stated, BMBW owns or licenses the site's text, branding, graphics, and other content. You may use the site for personal, informational, and application-related purposes, but may not republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Site content is general information, not legal, tax, financial, or academic advice. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dedicated contact for questions and privacy requests will be published before applications open.
